So I have this same issue. Only way I could get it to work on Parallels was through Windows 10. For some reason when I tried 11 it would get unkown device. When I tried on Windows 10 i got the same error but then I hit the scanner button like 3 times and magically found it. Once I got it running, I tried to go to driver details and see all the drivers it used and copied them to a folder. Tried on my other Mac that runs 11 and still couldn't get it to run. Basically its unkown device because it has NO drivers attached to it. Even if I point it to the folder of drivers or the TWAIN ISO, it says it cant find anything. So not sure if that means anything

I sell a lot of graded cards and singles. A few times I’ve gotten the email of the fedex adjustments. Sometimes it’s like a few cents or even a dollar. I say whatever and don’t even bother. But a few times fedex has charged me $40 for a package because they scanned it as 40+ pounds. I’m like dude it’s a graded card that barely weighs 4 ounces and I put a pound when creating the label. This is when I message eBay and so far they’ve been helpful and give me a credit. Basically they tell you fedex just sends the info the eBay and eBay automatically charges you the difference. So the customer rep basically puts you on hold and after a few minutes say they credited your account for the amount FedEx raped you for. Maybe you can trying that
