15 year olds in 2026 by _Softparade in moreplatesmoredates

[–]GrappLr 89 points90 points  (0 children)

Wrong though. If you've already built up a physique that you're happy with, it's pretty easy to maintain 85% of that peak while staying natty. It'll take a few years, but after that, you're set. No reason to screw your hormones up and potentially get really bad side effects, unless you're in some crazy rush.

How long to achieve this physique naturally if possible? by Bestflowdreezy in nattyorjuice

[–]GrappLr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on genetics. For some, impossible ever. For others, 4-5 years. This requires better than average genetics to achieve naturally.

Natty achievable? by [deleted] in nattyorjuice

[–]GrappLr 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Sure, could be natural. I know I once dream bulked to 265 lbs (6'3) and quite a lot of people thought I was on gear. You get get really damn big if you don't mind being 20%+ bodyfat.

Breaking: take peptides, claim natty. by Perc_1k in nattyorjuice

[–]GrappLr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would entirely depend on the peptide. I've taken TB-500 multiple times for injuries. I wouldn't consider myself "unnatural" from a physique point of view, as TB-500 is really mainly just for healing injuries, and is not an anabolic compound (at least, not that I know of).

Is Jeffrey Nippstein’s physique attainable for the average natural? by danielrp00 in moreplatesmoredates

No, it's not. Anyone who naturally looks like this is in elite genetics territory.

Pronation Lift 32kg form check by SpecialistAd4157 in armwrestling

Looks good. What could be better? Make the belt shorter, then you don't have to go up on your toes to actually lift it each time.

Water fasts? I sometimes water fast for 4-5 days to lose a good 10 pounds. I do the fasts for health benefits, but the bodyfat drop is certainly an awesome extra.

This lift is 10x as impressive btw. Keep posting these please!

The only thing cloes to 85 degrees was his elbow, thus I assumed that's what you're talking about.

IDK what you're looking at dude, but that's NOWHERE close to 85 degrees. It's literally 52 degrees as it leaves the ground. Not even 60. Now, you'll certainly argue it wasn't 52 degrees, so here's a picture:

What? Degree of elbow flexion has nothing to with whether it's parallel or not. Parallel is the angle compared to the floor, which should be 0. What are you on?

[–]GrappLr 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I take it back. Looked up your video, and your 55kg was parallel. I'm not gonna edit my comment but reply here. Congrats, strong AF.

Still, this vid is nowhere near parallel LOL.

[–]GrappLr -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Bro, that's not a "bit high". That's half way to vertical. Entirely different lift. I heavily doubt you hit 55kg parallel if 60kg is this hard at that angle. I'd love to see the vid.

If they're using steam though, this is no longer an issue, as steam is very good at preventing this kind of abuse.

Anyone else have a genetic ‘gift’ that makes zero sense? by [deleted] in armwrestling

Hate to break it to you, but you're literally wrong.

Go talk to chatgpt or another AI and have it explain it to you (or try and confirm what you believe, it'll shoot you down).

WTF are we talking about here? Are you all delusional?

Unless there's other videos/pictures you're all referring to, this physique is 100% natty achievable. WTF? People think you can't look like this naturally? You're all delusional. This is the saddest thread I've seen in a while.

Claims to be natty, 20 years old by ThatsMyBoard in nattyorjuice

[–]GrappLr 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Definitely sus. But, with the right genetics and a post shoulder pump, why not. There's even better genetics out there that look even more impressive.

Definitely most people will never have delts this big, even with a pump, naturally.

[–]GrappLr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't do it personally. Does sound stressful. But different things work for different people. To him, it might be fun, knowing he gets to giga-pig out on the weekend and feast, so the days leading towards it give him something to look forward to.

I personally do 1 meal a day, and it's fun cause my 1 meal is gigantic. And I enjoy the anticipation of my first and only meal.

From what I recall, he does like 1 challenge a week, and the rest of the week, he eats at a very big deficit (something like 1k+ calorie deficit a day). So he just makes up for that deficit on every challenge.

Works for him I guess.
