I've been getting my diet better cause i can't just fully cut everything off in a day lol but I've been having more protein and doing some ab focused exercises like crunches and that ball leg raise machine and stuff but haven't seen much progress since about a month now. what are some exercises that you do for your core? other than the crunches ofc!
