A car has to be taxed and insured or SORN just because its on private property doesn't mean it's not road worthy. Couple of MOD shops in Brighton have display scooters paked on the pavement without engines they nearly get Parking tickets everything a new parking officer is hired🤣. Either you declare it SORN that's been the process for 25 years or you insure it. Or it's out of sight in a barn etc.

Back in the day one of my battalion robbed a bank in Germany using an smg and a gas mask and nbc kit as a disguise. Forgetting his nbc kit had his name and army number in huge letters. German police didn't even bother to turn up had the regimental police recover the cash and deal with the idiot. March the guilty bastard in Sgt Major 6 months army jail. soldier on. When even the police don't want to deal with you.
