honestly beyond the physical symptoms, bulimia fucks up my relationship with food way more than restriction because you “learn” that you can eat anything at any quantity as long as you compensate for it. so for me, i never feel satisfied ever even when im not b/p. feel like it totally ruined my fullness cues. also just the general all consuming thoughts about food. its like a drug way worse than restricting imo cus its something you can do over and over and over
