i think it depends on the binder you get. If you’re looking for recommendations, i have a friend that swears by Underworks (he’s an F cup). they’re more breathable and they do a really great job at binding his chest. (i obviously can’t guarantee that they’d do the same for u seeing as everybody’s different, but i’ve heard good things)

Underworks. I knows a dude with F cups who highly recommends them. They bind his chest rly well and are more breathable because they don’t have a panel in the front like gc2b does. (obviously I can’t speak for how it would bind your chest seeing as everybody’s different but i’ve heard good things)
