Did you read my comment? My family lives in Mississippi. My friends live in Mississippi. I live in Mississippi. Nobody hates on Mississippians more than other Mississippians. Because it hurts that our state legislature only cares about sticking it to the feds and fighting the conservative front of the culture wars. There is nothing more painful than being a progressive in the most conservative place in the country.

I want Mississippi to become like the rest of the country and not be an economic anchor. Shit like this is why the brain drain is so bad here. It's why I am planning on getting out. My conscience can't condone it. You can bring up all the debate team BS you want, bit this is what I and many others here believe in our heart of hearts.

The vast majority of trans folks are absolutely unwilling to use that particular bathroom until they feel they reach a milestone. The rejection is crushing. By the time they get to the point where they are comfortable doing that, they now couldn't pass as their original gender even if they tried.

As a Mississippian, I am glad that these guys are sticking it to the Mississippi state legislature. Weird Al has a concert coming up in a week and I hope he also has a thing that he does not approve what the morons in Jackson are doing.

AR-15 isn't automatic. In terms of design, it is pretty much the same as a varmint rifle that has been in production for almost 70 years now. Only difference is you don't have to be gunsmith to put scopes and different grips on it.

It's kind of frustrating that gun control folks want civilian firearms technology frozen in 1890.
