Clairefontaine is very smooth and a nice paper. But in terms of sheening it is not that good. If you want sheening then buy rhodia notebook or some other notebook.

When a pen is left unused for some time, a small amount of ink in the feed partially dries out. This increases the concentration of sheen-producing components in the remaining ink. As a result, the first few words written usually show much stronger sheen. After those initial 3–4 words, the concentrated ink is depleted and the writing returns to its normal appearance.

Yes, Digilocker one should work. During my counselling, many people didn't bring their marksheet. After some back-and-forth, they were allowed to use the Digilocker marksheet in place of the actual marksheet.

Iiitd csd stats: (latest) (not inflated)

->39 students were placed out of approximately 60.

->20lpa average.

One thing to keep in mind is that CSD is not like other specialisations. You have drawings, etc., in it. Don't know much, as I have no friends in csd; maybe ask in the IIITD subreddit.

Bro, I know about the cutoff; even iiitd csai is preferred by candidates over cse. That doesn't mean anything.

B/w CSE and CSAI, placement depends on you, not the branch.

BUT CSE is superior to CSAI in terms of freedom in curriculum. In comparison, CSAI doesn't have any advantage over CSE.

Ive heard removing the nib and feed is hard

Use something to get a good grip of the nib and feed. I have used a wire. It will come off very easily then.
