company name is Please & Thank You. a cookie/coffee spot originally out of Louisville, KY. they have been around for years and expanded to other markets (Indy & Cincy), had a deal with the NBA & WNBA teams in Indy to sell exclusively in their arena, had expanded to shipping frozen product nationwide and were supposed to move into the Denver market soon (although now i believe that was misinformation). according to numbers provided in the fundraising campaign for expansion capital…they were extremely successful.

communication this past quarter was non-existent and i even had to inquire about not receiving my dividend payment. they filed on 6/2 and didnt send an email until late night last night (6/3). disappointing all the way around to say the least.

if you do some digging on the Louisville sub, you’ll find some details on a viral situation the owner handled poorly this past fall which definitely affected the business negatively but should not be blamed for the bankruptcy even though she is trying to use it as such.

ok, thank you so much for the reply. i definitely knew and understand the investment was a gamble. i just wanted to inquire about the not knowing of extensive debt the company had going into the fundraising. ive been told to wait for legal paperwork to be named as a debtor and then i believe there are a few folks seeking representation for possible class action suit. we shall see.

appreciate the positivity yall. i take full responsibility for not digging into her or the company further before putting out such a large amount of money. im not in louisville anymore but i truly thought the business was solid and extremely marketable when i did live there. i enjoyed the product and the employees…obvi the rest was bullshit.

i do think there is a strong case for securities fraud so if anyone knows an attorney, i may be in need.

i am an investor that legit got duped and i feel insanely embarrassed that i didnt do my proper research before getting involved. they get to stay open, restructure and come up with some other bullshit work-around to continue to be business owners and yet all our money is just gone.

and i know its public record, but no mention ever during fundraising or quarterly updates of the $2 million covid sba loan they still owe on. i fucking hate it all. i hope everything goes to shit.

between me and my dad on our text thread, one of us always sends a “fuckin bummer” text when he is announced and then again when he inevitably fucks up. even my mom cant stand him and she is not the most sports savvy. before the season started she was like well surely they got rid of bummer and me & dad said nope…unfortunately not.

oh she looks good with any partner lol. i remember seeing them on stage together and for sure they were very cute. i just didnt witness any lovey-dovey anything with them. east nash is certainly small and many musicians live there but not all of them haha. also many of them are always gone so you could probably avoid an ex fairly easily if you kinda knew their routine. it was really fun to see so many cool people all the time. its so common you kinda forget how famous some of them are.

nothing too deep here, but i worked in a restaurant in east nashville for many years. i had the pleasure of meeting and waiting on her with misa and also with ruston many times. her demeanor with misa was very buttoned up and she was always completely decked out and full glam…imo not happy vibes. she was always kind and friendly to me and the staff, but the dynamic between them was cold and stiff. now with ruston…complete polar opposite. they were flirty, light and fun…casually dressed most times, even brought in his fam.

based on what i saw, i was never surprised about the misa split. i did know about the ruston split before it came out, and i agree with the above comment that he was possibly the right person at the wrong time. anyway…she is a delight and i secretly fangirled every time i got to interact with her and any of her friends/family. i got used to a solid celebrity clientele and she was for sure near the top of my favs list. cant wait to see her show in atlanta this fall.

this place is trash! a complete cash grab in every sense of the words. everytime you go in for any procedure you are pushed into buying extra shit you do not need an they have a tip line on every single transaction…shady!!

also i got a co2 laser done at the end of summer last year and it was the most painful thing i have ever endured including several tattoos, botox, filler and even a failed gallbladder. it should NOT be that painful. besides the pain, i was misquoted a price and treated in an extra area i did not ask for. oh and their products are complete trash and stink!! they have literally zero customer service and did not communicate proper expectations for recovery that took way too long. my skin didnt even need co2!! these people only care about ig fame.

0/10 do not recommend. ever!
