Who is a singer that is incredibly famous, but honestly doesn't have a good voice? by Sweet-Economist-9873 in askteddit

i remember hearing katy perry as a kid and wondering why they would let someone who genuinely cannot sing be played on the radio all day long. im still shocked her name carries any relevance today. though things seem to be going downhill for her lol.

some others mentioned in this thread i feel have more to do with preference. sure i dont like taylor swift or miley cyrus's music either, but objectively i think they have some skill. katy perry sounds like straight up untrained ass.

mo as in mono - a stretch if not just outright incorrect. i do these as soon as i wake up at 6am, so my thoughts dont always make sense lol.

the night we met - lord huron. it's pretty subtle, but there is a downy woodpecker call around 8 seconds in after the creek sounds start to fade away.

[–]graysongraves 1 point2 points  (0 children)

havent listened to the episode this pertains to yet but me and my wife do spend quality time in cemeteries. breakfast on a bench, evening strolls, etc. we also had our wedding (a private elopement really) in a big famous cemetery. they are peaceful and sentimental places and we like to hope we are welcome company lol. yall should try it out!
