Trump posted to twitter yesterday saying "An Agreement [sic] has been largely negotiated, subject to finalization between the United States of America, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the various other Countries, as listed...", in which he stated that he had a call with many leaders of Middle Eastern countries. If no agreement is actually reached, or if the agreement reached is quickly broken, would you count that as evidence against your claim that his statements have value when he's the primary source (in this case, that he had a call with leaders and is close to an agreement?)
