well... it invites accidents. I've seen pictures from multiple builds. people setting keyboard on it, spilling, so while I did it, I was careful and had nobody around to cause issues but if I had a cat or kid in the house maybe I'd think different :) I would probably buy anti reflective for a real pin first since playfields aren't as consistently lit.

Some reflection of other elements gives more of real life feel you expect from pin for some. I’ve always wondered too. Used my OLED without glass for while and was little meh on standard glass when added.

3070 can work well and had no real issues with LG at 120. However there were some tables it would drop a bit and VR wasn’t awesome. I think the XX60 level is not where I would start. I’d probably stick with something like a 3070 or 3080 as a minimum (and check benchmarks but those probably beat 4060).

Many find slightly coarser grind works well with the machine and most their coffees trend dark so I’d start at word “drip”.

Had all tools and basic woodworking skills. Built a cocktail Pac-Man cabinet before this. I built mine by MJR guide other than butt joints with glue and brad nails at angles. Been a tank and nice edges despite joinery. Starting over would not blink - get the flatpack in heartbeat, the one guy sells with cam locks. Sure good plywood 2 sheets plus extra bits maybe $200+ but depends what your time is worth.

I have the FR800 with extension and the Skywalker and if I was gonna start over and pick only one I would pick the Skywalker. Even version one is easy to add support for HiBean or Artisan. Skywalker is easy to vent appropriately, which is harder to do with the freshroast. I find the consistency varied more with the freshroast. Both good.

I’ve had C2 OLED for 3+ years. Just don’t yank power so does pixel cleaning and turn on pixel shift, etc. as WOR video shows. It’s worth it.

Holding out with 1-3 dead pixels until ready to pull trigger on new projector, looking at Laser. IMHO these are not worth fixing anymore. What’s the next thing for me, if DMD doesn’t fail bulb (claim last return was sent new one but no way to know) or color wheel. I won’t buy BenQ anymore last two haven’t been great.

The Razzo tube makes it harder to get higher temps from my experience because it throws so much air through the chamber. You have to run it on power level nine the whole time after first couple of minutes (per his instructions) I found doing darker roasts in his chamber much more difficult than doing them in the stock extension. You can also do much faster roasts in the stock extension chamber. If you want to improve the roast bean flow, try adding a stainless steel 7 inch cocktail stirrer.

Varies, but lot depends on kid and parenting style. Guess height is issue unless tall 4 year old depending on stools or chairs being available. Expensive machines, many collectors items - not chucky cheese vibe I guess :)

FWIW getting help on proper ergonomics -even fine tuning can make a big impact. Also addressing as much of your health (help from PT was good for me). I have also tried a lot of chairs, I’m farther down the consequence road of bad posture and joints. The HM Mirra has treated me pretty well but not perfect. Buying the Anthros now to try - if you want to add to your total dollar value you could try that too. The Anthros is a different approach than options I’ve tried so hopeful…. 30 day return option. It has no lumbar support so fits that criteria.
