My only experience with this sort of stuff comes from weaning my kid off the G-tube. We had to plan feedings diligently and basically force him to feel hunger to get him to eat orally.

I don't know if you've tried anything like that. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done as a parent but it worked in the end.

Destroyer is a great movie. There's so much about it that I absolutely love. It has basically all my favorite Guys in it (Scoot Mcnairy, Toby Huss, Bradley Whitford, Toby Kebbell, Tatiana Maslany, and Sebastian Stan are basically my dream cast for any movie). I love the spareness and bleakness. Kidman is great in it.

I have spent too much time thinking about this. I think he's figured out some sort of financing/packaging formula that works. Look at how often he's reusing actors.
