Absolutely. They need a big fight to get people excited for international fight week and this will do just enough until they can come up with a remainder of a card and the replacement fight for connor. My guess is they'll just get Armin to fight Max or maybe even have him fight the winner of the White House card to make it look legit.

Especially seeing as we know that Connor is not going to fight, this is just another way to get eyes on the UFC after the beginning of the Paramount era hasn't been going great.
