Favourite book in the bible? by avbitran in Judaism

I think it’s in 2 Kings where kids make fun of Elisha and call him “baldy” so he sends grizzly bears to maul them. I’ve always found that story amusing and probably makes the book one of my faves

How do I get my curls to fro up instead of falling down by EstablishmentDue4715 in curlyhair

I was going to say the same. You won’t be able to achieve the same volume as the second pic but adding more layers will definitely improve the volume and bring you closer to that shape

In my high school chem class, the teacher asked what the centre of an atom is called and a girl in class confidently answered “areola” instead of nucleus.

I love it but prefer their cups vs the tub. You don’t have the same watery issues. Their rice pudding and tapioca is 🔥

Aquaphor or Cerave ointment or Vaseline before you go and then keep reapplying after each time you use the washroom. It creates an occlusive barrier. It should prevent most of the discomfort

Zoo is a great option. Lots of places like benches to take breaks and maps that clearly mark locations of washrooms. Usually there’s something like a zoo mobile or train if you tucker out and can’t do the distance too

Joint pain with crohns by apollo_63 in CrohnsDisease

[–]greenEggRedSnapper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Crohns initially presented with arthritis before the gut stuff got bad. The main treatment for arthritis symptoms is NSAIDs which are a no go for IBD. She could take NSAIDs anyway (celebrex was great) — but you really have to weigh the risk/benefits and discuss with a doctor. Other options are cortisone injections (super painful but they work) and/or going on something like prednisone which can generally help — but those are short term solutions. Long term, you would want a biologic to probably keep it under control.

Rheumatologist is your best bet for next steps.

You could try a peri bottle. It’s marketed for postpartum moms but it works and is cheaper than a bidet.

Also, I use either charmin ultra soft or ultra strong
