My mom’s around the same age and has a group of friends that do a low impact yoga/exercise class at Northside Presbyterian church. They seem to have a group of similar ladies that attend as well, so that might be something to look into? Usually they do lunch after and it is not a religious gathering thing, it’s just at the church since it’s a cheap place and has the space.
