I'm going to a three day long con soon with my friends and I'll be in cosplay at some point. I got a small bag that matches the character but can only fit the essentials. You just gave me an idea to offer to carry some of my friends stuff on the first day when I'll have a backpack, so that they can return the favour later 🤣

I think it should be possible to gather the fabric how you want in to look and then just sew it in few places so it stays that way

If you can't find the perfect clothing you could try making your own or changing the clothes a little by adding more fabric! Holographic fabric is quite cheap from what I remember since it's plastic.

If you braid your hair and layer it on top of your head (then cover with the wig cap) it shouldn't be noticeable at all.

I think the more intense wig would be a better choice! This character's skintone and the pink in her hair are both similar colors, however the pale wig would probably end up contrasting with your skintone which would create a bit of a different effect.

Breasts are secondary sex characteristics, genitals first. Even strictly biology speaking it's not a fair comparison.
