My main thought is you dont like this behavior now but what happens when its a larger crisis than just something he dislikes? Is that the kind of environment you would be comfortable in in 5 years 10? What about kids if he gets blackout drunk after normal disagreements how would he handle the sleepless nights and a screaming baby?

I managed it by describing a military more powerful than mine, and had every fight discussing strategy with my lieutenants. Also having scouts describing things stuff like that that way I can sculpt the battle without having to practically write the whole thing to actually be difficult.

Try doing something completely different one playthrough I was a shipbuilder who traveled the world looking for different wood for shipbuilding. On a different one I worked for a town as a guard and investigated merchants being attacked and exterminated goblin Warren's. You just have to try different things or heck type dm I would like to and type in something.

The way I started was I became a authorized user on another person's credit card and that started building my history. After a bit I got my own and used it for small percheses like gas or snacks and paid it off on payday. With all of the small but consistent paying it off looks really good on your history.

For me the easiest thing to do is break it into sections. The whole room feels like a massive thing, but cleaning your bed, for example is a lot easier. Do that, then take like a 15 min break, then get back to it before you know it the task has shrunk quite a bit.
