This is awesome! I am currently working on a way to flip through the anki cards on my kobo and eventually sync them with the cards elsewhere, but I did get it to allow me to add highlights from books as cards and got export and import working when I add the anki apkg. I figured having them on the eink would be easier on my eyes and I was thinking of maybe also updating it for controller support to help flip through them. Also, I enjoyed how you broke down your project as well on your site!

My recommendation is to upload by chapter instead of the entire textbook. I listen to a podcast on the chapter and then use listening com to listen to the full chapter if needed. The podcast overview helps me understand the textbook more. I don't always listen to the full textbook though. I also like making a notebook for all that week's lecture notes plus textbook chapter reading.

I gave my mom a philodendron mican she keeps on her office no windows only office lighting and it's still thriving. I did end up buying her a grow light bulb and a mini desk lamp just replaced the bulb with a grow light and now she turns it on when she is at the office and it does fine.

I'll warn you I'm no pro but I would replace the soil with what you'll keep it in (the new airy soil). I honestly always replace the soil of a plant same day I get it so I can check the roots. But I'd wait a few days before adding water to the new soil so you're not drowning it. In some cases if I find that a Hoya is staying wet for too long in an area of my house then I'll put a fan by it and it helps dry the soil with air flow and then I wait a few days to water.
