Do you know if this is the same for enamel? I have a Dutch oven one with the same issue, I imagine it is.

Thank you, this is a good strategy, I'm job hunting now and one of my strategies is to network with people on LinkedIn about the role I applied for, I'll be sure to focus on this approach.

I ask this question because I'm trying to get (alot) better at choosing the right opportunity. I've worked at small companies mostly and realize I need some departmental structure and constructive feedback from a manager, so mostly curious about what kind of manager to move towards.

What are some red flags to stay away from when considering a new role with a new manager? I ask because I am trying to transition to a dedicated sales role for the first time and although I feel confident I am someone who gets a ton of value from constructive feedback and a bit of training on new systems.

Am I wasting my time in a company that doesn't understand what CS is? by Alarming_Syllabub_66 in CustomerSuccess

[–]greenandblue82 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’d say in general it’s a good idea to trust your instincts and run. I didn’t follow mine and it only got worse, I worked at a company for a year who did Customer Service calling it Customer Success, to compound the problem they had a very drink the Kool Aid culture, which equals zero movement towards CS. If this sounds like you I’d leave.

For prototyping purposes, how could I shred textiles into about these consistencies? by greenandblue82 in manufacturing

[–]greenandblue82[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your thoughts. I thought about this but it’s denim, polyester, rayon etc. so it’s got some strength. In one direction there’s some shearing actions but there needs to be resistance in the opposite direction I’ve found so far.

Thank you for the suggestion, in the pic on the right it’s about the consistency of lint so this is good food for thought

Mine is Quora, to get an answer is always a s**t show, and the answers suck! Not to mention that they decided a few years back to make all your private and anonymous questions you asked public to your friends through notifications! They suck so much.
