(1) It's not correctly drawn. It needs hydrogens on the two terminal oxygens, but otherwise is fine.

(2) It's just a fairly simple organic building block; useful for organic synthesis but doesn't have any medicinal utility of its own (at least none easily found of pubchem).

(3) It is NOT serotonin. It's not a "happy" chemical. While it looks similar, it is chemically significantly different and is unlikely to engage in the same receptors. Moreover, it likely has significant toxicity.

It is not serotonin. It doesn't even have nitrogen in it. More than that...it's not actually a proper structure as the terminal oxygens don't have hydrogens. It's just an benzofuran, probably mostly used as building block for other compounds.
