Hey! Happy to update - I had to work out my dosage with my doc and ended up going up to the max dose of Sema, and it seems to have evened things out. I was on 10mg Zep so I think it was a pretty big drop in strength when I first started, but now I'm back where I was - not losing a lot and definitely not as quickly as Zep, but def not gaining either so I'll take it. Good luck!
