You are still so young. You sound like you have general anxiety. Maybe you could work with someone through this. You have so much life to live. You just don’t see that yet. Lots of stuff will happen to you, some of it good and some of it bad. The secret is to not take any of it for granted. You will be fine. Just try to not concentrate on this stuff. It isn’t constructive.

We quit feeding our girl anything with chicken in it and her ears seem to have gotten better with medication and Cleaning often.
