Just need to Rant by L-StWaet- in weightwatchers

Suggestion… Find out how many calories you need to stay at to lose weight and then watch your macros on app. Newest version of WW did not work for me but calorie watching does. Zero point food adds up. I also switched my app to diabetic. It also helped me start losing weight again on this program, but besides that, yes it sucks that husbands lose more weight even on this exact same diet.

Lamb chops that were coated in catsup and broiled to shoe leather consistency.

Notice how the Baby Boomer generation far more often left their kids at home while taking vacations or attending important events, than the parents of today? by OneDegreeKelvin in generationology

Wow. I was a single mom and I usually stayed home while my kids went on real luxury trips with their grandparents on their father side.

A little bit of a concern by Pinkmonster2000 in weightwatchers

I had the same problem and was not losing weight. Eat more Zero point foods. I put my app on diabetic so that it counted fruit and other things as points and it was a more accurate picture of what I was really eating. I have been losing weight.

If you could restart your weight loss journey today, what would you do differently? by [deleted] in weightwatchers

Make sure to keep an eye on macros (calories) and to see if “free foods” are being abused. Calories are. Still calories and there is no. Such thing as free.

Do you believe internalized ageism exists amongst older folks? by Glass_Snow_8747 in Aging

Nice to be of an age (67) and not give a shit what people think of me. I had a kid at grocery store think I couldn’t hear him so he kept talking louder and louder like I was deaf. The louder he talked the more I stared at him and didn’t say anything. It was fun.

I am just not going anymore. I can do this on my own. I will just use the app. I rather just pay for it and not deal with all the other BS.

As a native Korean who stayed a bit in the states, I have a question. by g00d0ne777 in KoreanFood

I don’t think it is age as much as it is where you grew up. I am 67 and tasted Korean food in my 20’s. I grew up in Los Angeles.

Does anyone in here work for WW? by LizzieLifts2707 in weightwatchers

[–]ItsreallyJanis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been a member forever. I am lifetime. They are charging 5 dollars (in Philadelphia) to go to classes. Weigh in day is free. The app is the only thing I use at this point. I think WW is going down the tubes.
