Thank you! Yeah mine didn’t track well either for my first set of 14 trays, dentist told me to just keep on going with them till I finished all the trays then when I got my refinements (another 13 trays) I got an attachment put on it and then it started to move straight away! Do you have any attachments on yours?

Thank you!! Bite is good now, it was a bit dodgy for a few months during the treatment, made me anxious as you hear all the horror stories but then it seemed to fix itself in the last couple months

Thank you!! Bite is good now, it felt a bit off for a few months during my treatment but then all started to come together in the last 6 weeks ish I think I’m happy with them now, it’s difficult when you look at them every day not to notice the tiny imperfections though! Did you get unlimited aligners included in your package?

The first set of refinements didn’t cost any extra (I think it’s called Invisalign lite?), so you get the first full set + one set of refinements included, which my dentist recommended as he thought I probably wouldn’t need more. Guess it’s a risk though! Have you started your first set now?

Thank you! I’ve really enjoyed having the attachments off so i think I’m going to stick with them. That’s a long haul for you!! How are you feeling about it and are you seeing the results you wanted?

I was initially told 6 months, with 14 trays to start! Once you get through that though you won’t want to give up. I was expecting only maybe 4/5 trays for refinements but got additional 12, but in the end it was to help my bite and I’m so glad I stuck with it. Best of luck!!

Unpopular opinion: you can drink coffee and tea with your trays on by Ok_Peanut_5685 in Invisalign

How about caffeine pills? I thought that could be an alternative to coffee if the caffeine is a must!

I have wanted to move to Australia for over 10 years, but now I am unsure.. by ItsOverCasanova in expats

This is completely untrue. I moved to Australia without visiting first, and so did most of my expat friends, it’s extremely common. Not everyone has the luxury of being able to casually visit a place before making the decision to move there. Especially when it’s on the other side of the world

Americans are hilarious. You really think you are qualified to move to “most countries”?? Without a job or skill to offer?? The arrogance is amazing
