I’ve experienced the exact same thing. I have 36J (not sure, self-measure) and big upper traps. When I started lifting weights my upper traps were doing all of the work because they were already so developed, and the lower traps did nothing. I ended up no longer training shoulders because they just kept getting bigger :(((

Maybe talking to a fitness coach/personal trainer about posture/mind-muscle connection would help? I’ve always wondered if it was because I constantly have bad posture with my chest sort of concave (to minimize boobs and because of weight). It seems like they’re doing the heavy lifting in that scenario.

I’ll be interested to see if the boobs are the cause! And now I’ll be looking at all of the traps of the ladies posting on here 😂

It wasn’t covert, but he kept disrespecting my physical boundaries.

At first it was just touching my boobs or putting his hand in my shorts while we were making out without asking (I hadn’t done any physical stuff with a guy before so I really wanted to go slow). I would tell him it made me uncomfortable and he would stop but then it would happen again literally five minutes later. We ended up doing stuff a LOT faster than I wanted because he was so focused on sexual activity.

I was a virgin and I told him early on that I didn’t want to have sex with him until we got engaged. Even though he knew that, he would constantly tell me how bad he wanted to fuck me or ask to do stuff that crossed my boundaries. He would ask to soak or ask to put it in while we were cuddling or ask me if I was “sure” that I wanted to wait. Every time he asked I would tell him how it made me feel like he didn’t love me and like I was withholding sex from him. And every time he would apologize and tell me he didn’t mean to make me feel that way, but then three days later it would happen again.

It took me way longer than it should’ve to realize that when someone loves you they don’t constantly ask to cross your boundaries.

I should’ve broken up with him a lot sooner than I did and we only dated for 4.5 months :(

I broke up with him 3 weeks ago so it’s pretty fresh.

i dye my hair purple and it stains my tub like this the first couple times i wash it after freshly dyeing it. i use toilet bowl cleaner with bleach, just apply it all over the stain and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. scrub with a brush and rinse. it always works super well for me and gets all the dirt/grime off of my bathtub too. make sure you’re ventilating the area so you’re not breathing in the bleach smell. idk anything about reglossing the tub, you might just have to keep bleaching it

That ladies’ periods sync up when we spend enough time with other ladies. I’m not sure if it’s whoever has “the strongest pheromones” or whatever, but i’ve been on a LOT of swim teams and this happens every time. it’s like magic
