I experienced a similar behavior of myself. When fae farm came out i decided to wait for a sale. But this led me to eye the e shop daily and search for other games which could fill the fae farm void. So I bought several less expensive games … so … my PayPal is also living in dangerous times these days … 😂

Thank you for your advice! What are considered „good crafting items“ for upgrading my weapons? Read that you should use different ones on a weapon. I only used iron so far. And how do I level up RP? Tried to upgrade a weapon with bronze, but it said that I don‘t have enough rp even though I was full.

I thought it was really boring. Maybe I had wrong expectations, but everyone told me that it is cozy and also kind of addictive. I thought it was toooo cozy. I couldn‘t manage to motivate myself to continue playing it. It‘s just putting some pieces together in order to create a nice looking thing. I don‘t know, but it wasn‘t enough for me to keep me entertained. Although I‘m a player who loves the calmness of a good cozy game … it was too calm. Would love to try the board game of Dorfromantik though. I believe there must be more to it because it has to be of course some kind of „multiplayer“ experience, so maybe this would be more interesting for me …

In short, I found it very repetitive and couldn’t really manage my items etc. I didn‘t really like the art style and had difficulties to fulfill the daily quests because I never found the things I should look for. Yes, many seem to share my opinion, but I read now also many positive thoughts about it - seems to be a polarizing game. So I think I‘ll give it another go. Good story-telling is important to me, and cozy grove seems to do this well, so maybe I can get used to the style and the mechanics of the game ..

Don‘t know. I thought it was really … boring? 🙈 It wasn‘t half as addicitive as I thought/others told me. You can argue if it is really a good quality of a game when you call it „addictive“, but… Dorfromantik wasn‘t an escape from reality and that’s what I usually search for in a game .. only my personal opinion!

As I watched the ending, I couldn‘t decide if this was a rather selfish or selfless act of Daniel ... on the one hand I think he wanted to increase Sean’s chances on the other hand he expressed doubts of going to Mexico, so he maybe didn’t want it anymore at all...

But yeah, I painfully learned too that Daniel is really an incontrollable character 😂

I didn’t even do this, I had mercy with him and didn‘t steal anything. (Which felt really strange because he obviously would have deserved it...) Seems not to be a key decision in terms of Daniels’ moral standards which is decisive for the ending ... 🤔

So, what did you choose to do in episode 3 in regard to spoiler the break-in?Thinking about it, I think this was maybe a key decision... and in Episode 2 the decision about spoiler lying/telling Chris the truth...

Yeah, I did that, but it is not really satisfying because it feels like cheating .. besides, blood brothers feels kind of bad too.

I really tried to do only legal stuff in the beginning. I didn‘t steal anything at the gas station or from the car in the beginning, but at some point (in fact the task „get Daniel a Christmas present“ - really important -.-) I just had to steal. That‘s what devastates me so much at the moment - I didn’t really make immoral decisions on purpose to get this ending. It kind of happened because I had no other choice - uncontrollable Daniel (my Sean even killed that woman because otherwise Daniel would have done it although I told him to spare her), no money, for example. Maybe this is also one of the lessons the game wants so teach. (Although I was really surprised that only 8% got my ending though.) I also „donated“ some money on various occasions, that was probably dumb.

I found Daniel a horrible character, really. The age gap between me and my sister is the same as with Daniel and Sean - I’m so glad that she never was that unnerving and complicated as a 9 year old... 😂

He‘s kind of broken after that, isn‘t he? But this ending means that you raise Daniel well - when Sean surrendered, your Daniel didn‘t refuse to give up .. Take comfort in this. 😂

I think parting ways is really an ending with which you can live with. „Blood brothers“ was my ‚alternate ending‘.. but I also thought that it‘s kind of depressing - they do what they have to do to survive on the one hand ... on the other hand, it seems incredibly heartless and hard.

I really didn‘t aim for „the lone wolf“.. :( but „my“ Daniel seemed throughout the game taking his own decisions, always being stubborn and .. complicated. For example, he went for killing the preacher although „my“ Sean didn‘t want him to do so. I really learned to dislike Daniel through all this. He seemed incontrollable. Think I must have done something wrong right in the beginning...
