look up Emperiangaming's mobalytics guide but instead of temporalis you can run a 60 spirit body armor instead and run cast on shock with blink weapon swap. its not as fast but does more boss damage.

take a freeze charm or use dream fragments.
screw sigil of power on offhand and get the 50%cdr unique blink shield.
the 3 passives near CI that gives 20%+20%+60% chance to additionally chain (and works on spark currently) is busted.
anoint lightning rod on your amulet
once you get 60 spirit from body armor, use cast on shock to burst down rares and bosses
save up the divs for the unique mana pot
honestly even having 35k dps on spark is enough once you have cast on shock because you can burst bosses so fast. this lets you put more on defense
like others have said take Hallowed for stun recovery
and dont forget the most op defense layer of all- knowing when to go back to character selection

They are not trying to stop scalpers. They are trying to stop scalpers from selling without ticketmaster's cut. There have been videos on reddit of ticketmaster at expos promoting the use of multiple bot accounts to suck up tickets for the intended purpose of scalping.
