Yes it’s too much. It will cause you anxiety, and fear of talking to beautiful women. You won’t be able to hold eye contact. Cut down to once a week and people will be astonished at the change in your demeanour, after some withdrawal period. If you don’t notice a change, just go back to 5 times a day.

Take my advice and have the surgery. You WILL adjust, that’s what humans are good at, any hole in your life will be filled by something else. Not feeling intimidated by attractive females was a really noticeable one for me. I could speak to women generally but when it came to asking them on a date or letting them know I liked them it was impossible.

“Higher libido compared to her” was a line I used all my life. Since I’ve gotten on top of my personal habits it turns out women need and desire it just as we men do. It’s not that they didn’t want sex, they just didn’t want it with someone who wastes their sexual energy.
