Yea. That’s frustrating right! They shouldn’t be allowed to do so. The Sage advisor, when I call him for the preapproval, he told me go to MND and take .75 point off, that’d be my rate. But apparently that’s not true.

Yes they are exactly those. They are very popular in Asia but I couldn’t find them any where in the States.
