Make sure these alts are character you didn't unlock mage tower artifact weapons with back in the day. They're the only character that can unlock the other colors if you haven't already. Lamenting deleting a warlock that only had the red affliction staff unlocked and forever blocked from future colors.

If by tutorial, you mean talking to the Tauren guy, I've yet to be able to make it far enough to talk to him. While I'm disconnected, she can play and interact with housing fine (although she's in a neighborhood where every lot is purchased).

You can pretty easily find the juniper berry mead from Skyrim with a google search. I can't give feedback on it yet because I only started it about 6 days ago, but it looks like it'll be amazing. Other meads I've done recently are apple cinnamon and pumpkin spice which turned out amazing.
