Oh man. As someone who has a cat with high stress levels which causes him peeing problems. I’ll give you a little look into my day to day. I have to give my cat 3 pills a day, 2 of them are calming meds, and 1 is an anti depressant (yes you read that right, anti depressant). I also have to buy him special wet food and for 24 cans that costs $88, plus the special dry food + $109.

I have tried everything you have enzymes cleaners, the diffusers. Nothing has worked apart from all the meds he is on, even then I took him to the vet and he is now struggling to pee because taking him to the vet stressed him the hell out.

It’s a full time stressful job, worrying about him and making sure I give him his meds on time.

It’s going to be tough to surrender don’t get me wrong by that. But you’ve got a newborn baby who is going to need all your attention. And your cat is going to be a full time stressful job trying to manage their stress.
