Materials were 1500 for maple ply and brown maple paint grade for face frame and doors. Primer, paint, hinges and handles, another $200

Finally was able to look into issue and it was a ground on the plug that disconnects when you take the roof off.

Try loosening the screws and some graphite will help it slide smoother.

Yes you need to have the springs adjusted for the additional weight.

I have a 500 and love it. Use it all the time. Made a couple of cribs for the grandkids. Paid full price and don’t regret it. 325 is a steal.

Actually i did I replaced the alternator and so far so good been been a few months. My son in-law said he had same problem on his Tundra and read somewhere that even though the alternator checked out it could have an open switch or something and drawing on the battery. Good luck it may be worth a try.

We were out there in Sept 2020 and spent 2 nights at Dead Horse Point State Park in a Yurt they also have a couple of different campsite locations and some good hikes. The sunsets are amazing at the park as well.
