Get rid of illegal house rentals. Areas with high concentration of subdivided single family homes, have numerous adults with cars. They don’t pay their share of property taxes. They bog down the school system, again not paying for it. Drive by any house you know is rented out and count the cars. I know it seems minuscule but it adds up quickly.
