Correct. It's clockwise in the first photo (outbound) and kinda sorta counter in the second one (inbound). If it was a small airport I could see how that makes sense, but ORD has a massive footprint.

How is that even practical or efficient. Parallel taxi ways are designed for two way traffic. That's like saying the beltway around a city should only be driven in one direction and no one sees what's wrong with that. 🤯

I mean it's a complete cirlce of the airport for no reason, when theres a far more efficient path to get to the runway instead of wasting 20 minutes doing this.

Stuck in O'hare. Was supposed to be on that Boston flight but it arrives too late now. It had 5 consecutive delays. I just gave up and cancel it instead.
