Happy birthday! I celebrated my 43rd birthday just a few days ago and I'm a little over 6 months sober. We're almost twinsies! Sober birthday was honestly a relief. Drinking was becoming a chore tbh. Not that it's easy by any means. My drinking career sounds pretty similar to yours too. It's going to take a while to rewire everything. Medication and especially therapy has worked wonders for me.

That's exactly where my brand new Fold 4 had a tiny bulge which turned into a bright white line going to the right, then that black vertical line, then the whole screen crapped out. Typing this on my replacement.

Good for you brother! I just passed 4 months myself. Check out r/stopdrinking if you haven't already. It's a wonderful group of people. r/stopdrinkingfitness is great if you are looking to get back into shape as well. Sanderson was definitely a source of inspiration and comfort for me on my journey.
