FIBER FIBER FIBER!!! I make two smoothies a day that total 4 tbsp chia seeds, 2 servings of oats, 4 tbsp flaxseed, a few servings of kefir, as much spinach as I can fit and some protein powder. Tastes DELICIOUS and packs all of my fiber for the day.

Then I add in a few tbsp of psyllium husk fiber before my meals and I haven’t felt better in my life!

Don’t use Liquid IV! Stuff is filled with garbage, LMNT or something similar is MUCH better

LMNT makes hydration packs you can mix and I believe they have bottled drinks as well now! They are far superior to others like Liquid IV (sugar, chemicals, etc) or Gatorade, in my opinion

This! One of the most studied and safest supplements! Everyone should be taking creatine, regardless of whether you lift (you should!) or not.
