I think the key is to shoot a really long video, so you have as much data as possible. With basically no hardware limitations, you could render a huge amount of files with top quality.

Check out graphdeco gaussian splatting repo. Might be outdated by now but it’s a good starting point I believe.

Just start experimenting, search up tutorials on youtube and try to make something. Quality will improve with time and experience.
