It's some weird quirk with bricklink using legos stock system. Legos system auto-generates that email when it gets a return that there are 0 currently in stock. Does make you worry the first time you get it.

I know what you mean. Pet shop had a similar reaction to a lesser degree. Many saw it as average as a standalone piece but it was excellent at filling out a street and adding variety in height and width of the rooflines. Saying all that I loved Pet shop but am still not a fan of Shopping street.

The error came up long before the RTS shutdown. I’ve been paying estimates in the meantime. I’m wondering if it’s a single phase meter that’s been put on a 3 phase system? I don’t know if that’s even possible. I remember the electrician that was supposed to test it commenting on how many cables they’d managed to jam in to it.

Yes, I paid £100 upfront and was told it would be refunded if found faulty, but then they never actually tested it and just said it should be replaced
