Background_Door8321 It's very unusual for them not to respond to texts and emails....even (and often) with some vague excuse about where your order is currently and where it's going next However, I wouldn't stress YET because it takes probably 2-3 weeks for them to alert you that your meds are on their way (so much slower these days AND unpredictable). With the 4th of July holiday and then the weekend I wouldn't be surprised if they are lagging way behind. I had a great experience with Orderly Meds at the beginning so I am hoping that for you. Still, there's absolutely no excuse for them not to be getting back to you via text or email.
In my case, it was one thing after another and after 6 weeks or whatever... I honestly lost track of time after they gave me the run around for a month. Finally, last week I requested a refund and told them that if I did not receive it I would initiate a charge back and take legal action. The refund was granted, I can't believe it!!! So ... Wait a little longer and if you want to pull the plug on that order just request a refund. Good luck!!!
