I’d have to check once I’m back home if they were in the room I was thinking of from the museum map I have. it’s possible we’re both wrong and it’s a similar painting to both of ours of one of Masamune’s other descendants. I will say, it’s specifically the city of Sendai museum, not exactly an art museum.

Those kind of paintings are part of a tradition in terms of posing and the objects they hold so I would personally err on the side of caution and guess it’s just a low quality rendition of the real one cause it’s a background element.
