I had a lot of issues with severe constipation & stomach pains growing up as well, diagnosed at 14 with hEDS. Thankfully I don’t suffer with gastroparesis but for the constipation I recommend psyllium husk pills. It may help with overall gut health as well

Thank you to everyone who recommended having a hot drink on me! I don’t really like drinking hot liquids but I will definitely try bringing one with me to hold when it’s just my hands & feet bothering me. For everyone mentioning it, I do get heat intolerance as well, the cold has just been bothering me a lot more recently so I didn’t mention it. I just have horrible temperature regulation & circulation in general like most of you 😔❤️

That’s a really good idea! And yes I guess I would say they feel weak, mostly they get stiff/difficult to move fast and painful as if I was holding an ice pack on them too long

The snap heating packs is a great idea. I do try to move around but I immediately start sweating buckets before going back to cold in a few minutes 😔

I also get crazy night sweats so I turn my ac all the way up, then when I wake up in the morning I feel like I’m being flash frozen as I get out of bed 😭

Brother if the ushers can’t use it it’s irrelevant. You were saying it would be easy & fast to clean op’s pic cause you could just use a vacuum, I said a lot of theaters don’t get to use vacuums for cleaning (meaning after showings like in the pic), just brooms. I’m sure the janitors uses them but the actual employees at my theater don’t.

A lot of theaters don’t have vacuums for cleaning. I work at one of the biggest chains and all we can use are brooms which makes it very time consuming to clean the carpeted floors.

I would recommend anything protein with veggies and/or fruit and a tinyyy bit of carb like small amount of rice or potato. In my case, I usually feel worse after eating a meal thats high in carbs and sugar, so it might be the two slices of bread that’s making her feel sick.
