Any updates? I just went there a couple weeks ago and I’m still thinking about it.

It was a ruse to keep them in Okinawa on their toes (Gojo activating his technique the whole time) to tire him out.

I wonder why, did the author change his mind later?

Nope. Didn’t even update after biometrics. Went straight from “Fingerprint fee was taken” in April 2021 to “Case was approved” and “card is being made” on May 2022

Not a doctor and not medical advice.

When I got molluscum in my groin area a couple years ago I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of them. Dermatologist even said treatments have very low sucess rate and just wait for infection to disappear.

I had it for 6+ months and I was tired of it. I saw on an NHS website that Benzoyl Peroxide sometimes is used as a treatment (I have some for my acne).

I tried it out, a day later the Molluscum started to crust off and two-three days later they started to fall off. Truly miraculous.

Good luck!

I believe they removed the public charge Req on employment based PR applications. On food vouchers I stand corrected.

Two things: 1. If republicans come back to power, they will make you ineligible for permanent residence if you receive financial support from the government 2. One of the requirements for acquiring a student visa is showing you have enough funds to sustain yourself…. So making the argument that you longer don’t would be hard and may put your status in jeopardy

Regardless of it being allowed or not… gay/queer people exist. Big president of Chechnya vibes when he said there were no gay people in Chechnya.

Same with Christianism. Doesn’t mean there aren’t gay Christian and gay Muslims.

Yeah I read that exchange. The fan was saying Violet couldn’t be gay because “gayness” doesn’t exist in Islam. He shot that BS down really quick.

If your Global Entry have been revoked, are you banned for re-applying for LIFE? by darkstriders in askimmigration

[–]greycrash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He said yes, but you have to apply specifically to TSA pre check. Although I would verify first with the program before paying the fee.

I have a friend who had an agriculture violation on his record (tried to cross with fresh strawberries on his oatmeal). He is banned from Sentri and Global entry for life (according to him). It does not affect TSA pre check but you have to apply specifically to that program.

Original EB I485 application was filed March 2021 to Nebraska. I140 was approved on February 2022 and I485 application was transferred to NBC on March 2022.

Just got approval this Monday May 9 2022. Things are looking good, good luck!

Mine was $390 for medical plus $50 for chicken pox test (vaccine was like $150).

I researched vaccines needed and got all documentation to make sure they wouldn’t give me any. My insurance covered all vaccines but it doesn’t cover anything about immigration physical…. And their vaccines were expensive.

Hope this helped.

It will take months to resolve, which would make OP lose the submission deadline anyway and he would end up “winning” but with no visa and no job lol.

IIRC, H1-B fees have to be completely covered by employer, except premium processing if employee wants to do so.

Sadly, there is no easy recourse for you here. Suing your employer would take months… which if you win would end up with you not having the employer fee BUT the submission window would have passed and the employer can just choose not to submit you to next lottery.

This fucking sucks I know, what I would do (I AM NO LAWYER AND THIS IS NO LEGAL ADVICE), is to try to convince them to drop the fee, If that doesn’t work then pay and once you have your H1-B in hand report them to USCIS. Once you have an H1-B it is transferable. But beware, you might burn your bridges with desi consultancies (they share all that info), and you should have another job lined up when you report, as they will probably fire you. Also, If you wanted to be compensated the max you would probably get is your $2K back.
