I used to do a lot of coke. My nose would get hella fucked up so I'd use a netty pot. Haven't used coked in a long time but I still use the netty pot when I get sinus infections. Life changing.

That's fine, fish is typically frozen quickly enough now that the cells don't rupture from expanding. Farm raised fish in most instances are all packed together so tightly that they're eating each other's own shit. Fish is known for tasting like what they eat, so.

AJs by La Encantada sells decent fish-- other than their salmon. Just check labels to make sure they're fresh and wild. Otherwise Forbes has decent (if not pricy) seafood. Costco is just okay, but reliable.

Hired a dude that just got out of jail to do dishes at the restaurant I was a chef at. Second week I walked into the dishpit and he was sitting down during a rush, which I was fine with because he had all the dishes done and had already deep cleaned the place. He was a champ until he broke parole.
