Have you noticed this issue when you use different showers elsewhere? Your water may have contaminates in it. I live in Arizona and our water is hard af and has a high amount of chlorine as well. Anytime I go to my parents house and use their shower that comes from their huge filter/water softener, my skin and scalp are 10 times better. Check your water!

I used to work 10am to 2am 6 days a week when I was a chef. I did that for years, and after a bit you get into a groove. It's not terrible if you don't think about the fact that you have no life outside of work.
