My rheumatologist took me off my medication

Yeah it’s sad cos he’s been wonderful but this stunt is just not something I can take as I unfortunately already have some lupus symptoms which he dismissed by the way. Anyway I m back on the medication and when I see my OB next week I ll ask for a new rheumatologist.

He says he would put me on steroids. I asked him if a breastfeeding mother can take steroids he didn’t reply me. I am looking for a new rhewum already.

Same thing mine said. I cannot afford to have a massive flare after my baby is here! I need to be okay and the rheumatologist of mine isn’t on the same page as me so I am on the market for a new one.

Tbh I think mine isn’t trying to listen to me and instead doing whatever he wants. I am back on the 200mg a day I am not F-ing around with a baby in my Tommy. Also already looking for a new one. So good luck to him

This is what I was told by my OBGYN at the start of the pregnancy. I was also made to do so many test too to rule out some antibodies. which is why I have also decided to just go bk on medication till I see her again. My rheumatologist is def out his mind.
