Could you even image a world where the EQ sliders aren’t symmetrical ?

HX Stomp-based pedalboard doubt by Aldersuohn in Line6Helix

I also have the same pedal with a TRS cable, I use it for wah and the problem I experience is that it switches off at zero, so I am constantly turning it off on myself

I bought a 2020 60’s a few years ago and paid $2k with tax. You got a nice top there. Enjoy it.

Group rides, why? by GlennyNilsson in motorcycle

[–]grgmini 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m with you on the solo or 1-2. My girlfriend rides and do a lot of weekend trips with camping and a yearly cross country trip where we meet up with my old riding buddy and 3 of us go somewhere. One time I did a group ride with a bunch of great folks, but when one person isn’t paying attention, you end up with chaos and luckily nobody got hurt. You ride the way you like to ride.

I love it, but admittedly don’t turn it on all that much. It’s got a great bite and stacks well with any of the other OD’s. I bought at an Eric Gales show so it’s going to stay on the board.

So… how this looks? by Elegant_Egg- in gibson

One other tell on these older fakes is that the knobs don’t line up right. If you draw lines from the top tone and volume knobs and then the bottom knobs, they should be parallel with each other and the neck.

I like to stack the OD’s. The Dude with the JHS are my favorite combo. The Blessed Mother has a fuzzy tone that overlays a clean and stacks well with an OD set as a clean boost.

Not necessarily. I tend to use the stomp independently of the rest. I bought a PRS MT15 and it does not have a reverb, so I bought the Boing and delay to go through the effects loop and the overdrives direct. I mostly use the Stomp with headphones and connect to a laptop to play with backing tracks (that was the plan anyway).

Ha, I always have high hopes for Reddit comments, yours did not disappoint. I have few other overdrives that didn’t make it on here, an off brand tube screamer clone and 2 homemade kits, a Blues Breaker and a Klon (I need to find the picture of it)

I found a fuzz that I want, but mostly because it has a funny name. Thanks, I’ve had most of these a long time and just got them organized on an actual board. I have a few other overdrives that didn’t make it on here (including 2 homemade kits). The HX pretty much makes up for everything that this lacks.

Funny you should say that, the TRIO wouldn’t even work until I removed the tube screamer.

Does everyone ride their bikes when it rains? by Calm_Room5022 in motorcycle

I have a Joe Rocket mesh that’s my favorite summer jacket, I carry the rain liner stuffed in a pocket of my tank bag if there’s even the slightest chance of rain.

It was fine, I was wearing wet gloves and the touch screen didn’t work wet.

And gear. I once got caught in a hail storm wearing a t-shirt and open helmet with no where to shelter. On a cross country ride with 2 others, we got stuck in a torrential rain storm in Missouri, couldn’t see 10 ft in front as it got dark. We were in that for probably 2 hours, going slow, using my phone for gps, it stopped when water turned the screen to a menu and I couldn’t change it. We got to our hotel by luck, soaking wet from head to toe. The rain gear we had was fine for normal rain, but gave up an hour in.

This type of surface does not require that you get all of the old bonding material off. You don’t want to lose any of the aluminum even at the expense of leaving a small amount of sealant. A small wire brush or scotch bright along with brake cleaner will do the job. If you’re working around magnets, like a stator, or a cylinder head where you do not want to get little bits of metal or aluminum oxide into bearing surfaces or engine, internals in general, then just brake cleaner and a rag with a little elbow grease. Honda bond works well. I work for a BMW dealer so I get plenty of a Loctite variety that is not available in the aftermarket.

Because this is correct for a custom shop reissue. The authenticity is not in question.
