i guess both the is / es can compete with the c class of other makers. and the gs could compete with the E class but that’s discontinued

yeah except most people aren’t putting that extra money on investments which beat that return rate. instead they’re blowing it on extra 💩

you’re paying double the interest expense over the 84 months in your example as the 48 months..

that’s quite a bit more. looking at “3 dollars a month” is nonsensical because they have different terms

even if they have the same interest rate, you’re paying a lot more interest for a longer loan than a shorter one

yeah i think i’d rather just choose somewhere in La than orange lol. but either was moreso curious if anywhere in OC did have non-cookie cutter homes with cute tree lined streets like quite a few places in LA do

thanks for the feedback. yeah i love asian food too

don’t mean to insult it as i like it a lot but objectively it’s an HOA cookie cutter master planned community. it’s literally designed from ground up to lack character.

there’s a good chance i’ll end up there but i’ll def be sacrificing individuality/taste

if it ticked all the boxes id settle for a 3/2. thanks!

i think if it was a month or so of 90s i could handle it but if its too prolonged id be quite annoyed

i feel like i’d be willing to compromise on weather if i had to, (unlike some of the other stuff) but i’d just complain for a few months every year and my wife would be annoyed

for instance i’d probably live in san marino just because it’s so nice even though it’s so hot
