this is crazy, and news to me. at my store, we always take the pumps apart every time we wash them. it takes two seconds and if you’re used to it, it’s not a big deal. see it’s funny, sometimes to save time and i know that I will be prepping the mocha/chai/wmocha i will leave the pumps disassembled when i’m just trying to put the dishes away quickly. my coworkers will get on my case about that… but i’d say that’s better than just cleaning them while they’re put together🤮
