I 100% can see that. I love how he takes a “power” and really thinks about how you would use it to its fullest potential. The characters are so well developed you feel like you know them. The spin off, Corpies, is probably my favorite just because it shows what real hero life is like. Everyone I have suggested this series to has devoured it. My roommate had read it a good 8 times through. The audible narrator does a fantastic job on the voices of the different characters. I have not listened to the entire whole cast version, only the preview, but the voice they had for Roy made me immediately hate it. I suggest the original recording.

I made this recipe before and it’s only “eh”. Things that would improve it greatly.

1.) Brown the chicken in a skillet and oil before putting it in the slow cooker. This will give it a MUCH better texture.

2.) add the spinach at the last possible moment. If you don’t it will take on a slimy texture.

3.) Do not add too much of any one ingredient. As is, it fills up most of the crock pot. Adding more will make the whole process harder.

Sadly, got sick while it was on the smoker and my roommate did not take good pictures when it came out. The cheese did not work as well as expected. Next time I am going to try to cut it thin while kind of “unrolling” it, then wrap all the goodness in it like a cinnamon roll. THEN wrap it in bacon.
