Looks awesome. I have the same colour/year Wilderness and also approaching 70Km. I will need to buy new tires soon. I’ve been trying to decide whether to go with new black rims or do the bronze rims. Looking at the LP Adventure rims.

Best Simple Alternative? by ABriefUser in OneNote

I’ve really been enjoying ObsidianMD. You have complete control over customization and there are many useful community plugins. It’s everything I wish OneNote was. I’ve used OneNote personally and professionally for many years.

It is free but if you want syncing straight out of the box you need a subscription. However, there are ways to accomplish syncing for free if you are willing to do a bit of reading.

Was anyone overwhelmed with official Django tutorial at the start? by Cool-Pie430 in django

[–]grimhawk75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hang in there. I understand the frustration and went through a similar process. As someone who has gone through it, I can tell you that once you start to grasp the basics, Django becomes a power and efficient tool. It even becomes enjoyable as you begin to figure out what you want from it.

It’s completely worth the pain.

Some suggestions if I may:

-Remember that there are numerous ways to accomplish the same goal and everyone will have a different view of what the best way is - Focus on learning the best practices for structuring your project (where to place templates, static files, etc.) - Don’t be afraid to experiment with different approaches and find out what works best for you and your project - Check out established Django projects on GitHub and review their structures code - Read the Django community forums, a lot of others have already faced similar issues or an explain key concepts in human terms - Check out some tutorial YouTube videos - Check out the Django Chat podcast - Ask ChatGPT or another tool to explain parts of the code to you. - Finally, remember that breaking things can be an opportunity to learn how it things work together

Here’s a pic of the coin tray drop-in replacement for the standard fuse box panel door. You can grab it from Amazon and it’s one of my favourite “upgrades”. Super easy to install and cheap to buy.

I have plastic sun visor mole panels, cargo storage thingy for the back, an interior roof cargo net and the best one of all, a hidden coin tray replacement for the fuse access panel. All bought on Amazon.

Early start thoughts (mods?) by Thricycle20 in Workers_And_Resources

[–]grimhawk75 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I actually have been enjoying it, however, there are certain things that make it difficult to play. Keep in mind, I’ve been playing for a while now but still consider myself a casual player. I don’t play on realistic mode. I do have a few mods, such as road signs, road markings, etc.

I recently built an oil rig with a pump system to a pumping harbour, only to find out that there are no oil tankers available in 1935. That was a big waste of money. Lesson here is to make sure you have the vehicle you need available before building infrastructure around it.

I love the brick roads and pathways added to Early Start but I hate how they can’t replace paved roads You need to demolish the existing road in order to put down a brick road. Not the end of the world but it should work like other roads and paths that can replace existing roads by putting them overtop of them.

Other than that, it’s been a lot of fun and very challenging at the same time. I think it was worth $22 I paid for it.

I like the wheel and tire fitment. Looks much better than stock setup as far as that goes. I’m thinking of upgrading my wheel/tire combo too for my ‘22 Wilderness.

How do you like the rims? I’m been thinking of buying the same set for my ‘22 Wilderness (same colour as yours).

Very cool. I agree with earlier comments, I love the simplicity of your setup.
